Maarssen, April 1, 2021 – Eurofiber Netherlands’ customer satisfaction survey conducted by Forum Business Research in 2020 concludes that Eurofiber Netherlands obtains an NPS score of +33. This is an increase of four points compared to 2019.
In this survey, customers amongst others answered questions about the reliability of the network, the expertise of employees, the quality of communication during the delivery phase and the delivery time.
The annual customer satisfaction survey enables Eurofiber to learn more about the expectations, needs and experiences of its customers. It plays an important role in plans for improvement. This survey therefore is essential for providing customers the best services. We sincerely thank all of our customers for participating in the survey.
